Quick & Simple Method to Lighten Elbows, Knees and Neck Naturally


Ingredients:
Lemon
Cucumber
Turmeric powder
Equal parts of lemon and cucumber
Add a pinch of turmeric to the mixture (a little goes a long way, plus turmeric can stain)
Mix by crushing the cucumber to let all the natural juices out.
Apply with a cotton ball about 10 minutes before you shower

Do this daily.

DIY: How To Lighten Dark Lips Naturally


Option 1

1 makeup brush
1 teaspoon of freshly squesed lemon juice
1 teaspoon Vegetable glistering
1 Primrose capsule
Combine the ingredients and use the brush to apply on your lips every night Use the brush to massage the lips as well.
The next day if you have to go out remember to put on some protection from the sun. Shea butter is a natural sun screen so you can use that under your lipsticks or gloss.

Option 2

1 table spoon of honey
3 teaspoons of sugar
½ lemon juice
Mix and massage on lips gently for about 2 mins
Wash with warm water
Add some almond oil to lips

Repeat nightly until lips are lightened

DIY:Treat eczema and dry skin


100% Unrefined Shea Butter  2 tubs 8 0z  or 1 16oz (white)
Melt by placing containers in to a pan of hot water for approx. 5 minutes
Or directly in a sauce pan on the the stove until the oils are completely melted
Add
1 table spoon of honey
1 table spoon of olive oil
1 table spoon of castor oil
Cool the oil by placing it in the refrigerator or putting it in an ice bath
Add your essential oils after the shea butter has been cooled down so you don’t break down the molecules in the pamphrin and tea tree oils
10 drops of tea tree oil

Whip on high speed until its beautiful and fluffy
Place into containers and remember to ensure that there are no air pockets


Tip: You can use a plastic bag to eliminate mess when packaging
