Can Cayenne Pepper Assist with Hair Growth?

I have been researching hair growth techniques and tips for quite some time now and I also tried a few of them my self, but recently I came across some naturalistas using cayenne pepper to assist with hair growth. I have never tried this technique myself, because I’m a little concerned about it getting into my eyes but I may give this a try in the future.

Any way, I have put together the information that I gathered about this technique and I hope that this is able to assist someone who may have just suffered a bad hair cut or maybe struggling with hair growth and breakage.

Why do people think Cayenne Pepper powder is so effective for hair growth?
Cayenne Pepper works by irritating the scalp. This irritation causes an increase of blow flood to your head, which is a fundamental aspect of hair growth. People who are bald are often noted for having poor circulation to the scalp, which emphasizes why the effects of Cayenne Pepper can be so powerful. There are two noted methods you can use for Cayenne Pepper to increase hair growth.

Regardless of the method you choose, you will feel a tingling sensation on your head. That's a sign that there is an increase in blood flow, which is key for hair growth. It is important not to be too liberal with the mixture on your head though, as cayenne pepper can be very painful on the face and eyes. Although some people opt to leave it in their hair overnight; its merely your preference. But regardless of the time frame, make sure you wear a shower cap as it will dribble.ღ Pretty Impression
